Política de reembolso

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at mandoh.shop@gmail.com. We are proud to offer free return shipping labels. 

Upon receipt of all returns, we will conduct an inspection to ensure they are eligible for refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged products must be delivered to us in new condition, with tags intact, to be eligible for refund. A $5 restocking fee applies for all returns and exchanges. Sale items are "Final Purchase", otherwise known as nonrefundable or exchangeable. 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to mandoh.shop@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect so we can serve you best. 

If there's a situation you encounter that is not covered in our policies, and you have a concern, please reach out to us at mandoh.shop@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a resolution.
